Since all Rebel Pawz Co. shirts are made to order, we are unable to accept returns.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Please contact us immediately. Customer must contact us within 7 days to initiate the exchange. We will send you a replacement shirt immediately and cover the cost of shipping.
• Please double check sizing before placing an order and if you have any questions regarding an item, please contact us.
• Please note, all items are photographed before leaving our shop to ensure they are up to our standards.

All orders are made to order. We begin the creation process within 3-5 days of your order, please allow adequate creation time. If you need a rush order, please select Priority Shipping, and leave us a note at checkout. Standard shipping takes 7-10 days to receive once we create and mail out your package. We have NO control over USPS delivery times. Thank you for your understanding and patience, but we know the wait is worth it!

• Do not iron over decal.
• If you need to iron, turn inside out.
• Wash on cold and inside out.
• No fabric softener.
• Dry on low/tumble setting. Best option, hang dry.
