Our products are individually created upon order. Please send us a DM on Instagram @rebelpawzco once you place your order so we can create a mock-up for you. Our mock-ups are created within 24-36 hours of your initial DM. If the materials are not in stock, we will then order them once the mock-up has been approved. 
 
Bow measurements depend upon size and style.
 
Custom orders with materials unique to your order take time. Turnaround times on custom orders depends on supplier availability and their shipping processes. Most usually take 7-10 to ship and receive once we order the materials. 
 
Once we receive the materials, we will begin the creation process and strive to create your order within 3-7 days, so please allow adequate creation time. If you need a rush order, please select Priority Shipping, and leave us a note at checkout. Standard shipping takes 7-10 days to receive once we create and mail out your package. We have NO control over USPS delivery times. Thank you for your understanding and patience, but we know the wait is worth it!

Our crowns are considered “Fashion Crowns" for everyday use. Although we have tested our products, some of our crowns have small decorative pieces and pups should be monitored while wearing. It is always the responsibility of the owner to ensure pup safety.
